Description

It is a comprehensive economic and trade promotion institution planned and established by the Qingdao Municipal Government, integrating policy services, information services, exhibition services, and evaluation services. The Cross Procurement Center was officially established in 2003 and is the second cross-border procurement promotion center in China after Shanghai. According to the requirements of the "Unified Supervision and Reform Plan for Municipal Operating State owned Assets" issued by Qingdao in 2017, 75% of the equity of the Cross Procurement Center was transferred to Qingdao Conson Group Co., Ltd. on April 30, 2020. Since its establishment, the Cross Procurement Center has successively hosted and participated in nearly a hundred exhibition and festival activities, including the APEC Small and Medium sized Enterprise Technology Exchange and Exhibition, the China Japan South Korea Industry Exchange Conference, the Qingdao Forum of the East Asian Marine Cooperation Platform, the Qingdao Wealth Management Expo, the East Asian Marine Expo, and the Boao Great Health Qingdao Forum, which have played an important role in the development of the exhibition industry in our province. The Cross Sourcing Center has held several procurement fairs for Carrefour, Jingdong, IKEA, Decathlon and other top 500 enterprises in the world and top 200 enterprises in the retail industry, and has accumulated rich experience in the organization of professional buyers.
